    Beach Park is a village in Benton and Waukegan townships of Lake County, Illinois, United States. Per the 2020 census, the population was 14,249.

    Beach Park is located at 42°25′26″N 87°50′52″W / 42.42389°N 87.84778°W / 42.42389; -87.84778 (42.423763, -87.847753).

    According to the 2010 census, Beach Park has a total area of 7.1 square miles (18.39 km2), all land.

    As of the census of 2000, there were 10,072 people, 3,636 households, and 2,727 families residing in the village. The population density was 1,569.0 inhabitants per square mile (605.8/km2). There were 3,743 housing units at an average density of 583.1 per square mile (225.1/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 85.31% White, 4.54% African American, 0.28% Native American, 1.49% Asian, 0.03% Pacific Islander, 6.12% from other races, and 2.24% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 13.58% of the population.

    There were 3,636 households, out of which 36.3% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 60.7% were married couples living together, 10.8% had a female householder with no husband present, and 25.0% were non-families. 20.5% of all households were made up of individuals, and 6.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.77 and the average family size was 3.21.
